Hoekman RVS is not an engineering firm, but a metal production company. We specialise in making stainless-steel welded assemblies. Although our clients basically design the product themselves, we do have advanced in-house knowledge of 3D engineering. And we use that knowledge to produce sheet metal efficiently and to continuously improve this production process.
The world is shifting more and more from 2D design to 3D. The universal 3D STEP model is therefore indispensable in modern sheet-metal companies. This universally exchangeable file can be generated from multiple CAD packages. Our Engineering & Work Preparation department has the HiCAD sheet-metal module that allows us to model in 3D. We partner with you to convert your designed stainless-steel or aluminium product into a production-ready 3D CAD file.

Maximum design freedom makes pressed profiles much more interesting than pipes and tubes of a fixed size. We make customer-specific profiles to measure. Barring any technical restrictions, we are not dependent here on the material, size and thickness of the profile. Double pressings, cut-outs, holes and chamfers in any size, directly in exactly the required position, provide you with a great many options. Also tapped holes, bolt-nut fastenings or tab and slot connections are easy to design in to the preparation process. The Hoekman RVS sheet-metal philosophy means that by cleverly constructing from sheet metal, we reduce waste as much as possible. And less wasted time and material means better quality. In the food industry, where primarily stainless-steel frames and machines are used, open profiles are a major benefit. By keeping the construction open, dirt accumulation is prevented and surfaces are easy to clean.

All operations in-house!
We provide the complete manufacturing process for sheet-metal semi-finished products in-house. This starts with laser cutting, CNC bending and rolling. As an all-round sheet-metal working business with efficient and modern machinery, we are not dependent on third parties. We cut and press profiles and sheet-metal parts in-house up to six meters in length. This gives us the freedom to produce larger structures and frames out of a single part. We weld all parts to arrive at the desired composition. Through smart engineering, you save on production costs, time and material.
